SAP Concur Travel and Expense Training 

Instructor-Led Training

Virtual instructor led training is offered by Travel Operations staff monthly.  This course provides training on booking travel and entering expenses using SAP Concur.  If your agency desires a custom training tailored to you agency needs, please contact co-travelaudits@pa.gov for arrangements.   

This course is available for employees to enroll within Employee Self Service.   

Web-Based Training

Currently, the following web-based training offered is related to the implementation of SAP Concur.  

  • Travel Policy Changes - overview of changes to travel policy in conjunction with the implementation of SAP Concur.
  • SAP Concur Travel and Expense - detailed training on how to log-in, update your profile, use SAP Concur for reservations and expense reimbursements.
  • SAP Concur Expense - detailed training on how to log-in, update your profile, and use SAP Concur for expense reimbursements.
These courses are available for employees to enroll within Employee Self Service.
