PAYABLE SERVICES CENTER
The Payable Services Call Center can assist vendors with a broad range of issues, from obtaining and completing IRS Form W-9 to completing the Supplier Relationship Management registration process and enrolling in the commonwealth’s electronic payment program. The call center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (except state holidays).

- RA-PSCPaymentInquire@pa.gov – Email this account for payment status inquiries that cannot be addressed through the Payment Lookup tool.
- RA-PSC_Supplier_Requests@pa.gov – Email this account with questions relating to IRS Form W-9, IRS Form 1099, and other questions that do not pertain to a specific payment.
- RA-PSCRPClearance@pa.gov – Submit to this account scanned copies of Contractor Responsibility Program (CRP) clearance certificates. Please include your vendor name and SAP vendor ID number in the subject line of the email.
