How to Submit Invoices

Vendors can submit invoices by email in the E-Invoicing Program, or through postal service mail.

Before you submit invoices by email, please read the
E-Invoicing Program Terms & Conditions  (PDF) and ensure that the commonwealth agency you are invoicing is not an exception agency (PDF).
