e-RACP APPLICATION SUBMISSION PROCESS
ALL e-RACP APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED USING THE DCED ELECTRONIC
SINGLE APPLICATION WEBSITE. AN
APPLICATION CERTIFICATION WILL BE RECEIVED UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE
SUBMISSION PROCESS. BE AWARE THAT ONCE A
FUNDING ROUND IS CLOSED, NO LATE SUBMISSIONS CAN BE PROCESSED.
Before completing an e-RACP Application, project eligibility must be verified. See the Itemized Projects Eligible for Funding section of this website for the required criteria.
Prior to accessing the DCED Electronic Single Application website,
Candidates are strongly encouraged to review the e-RACP instructions available
on the RACP website. Please be advised of the following:
- First time users will need to go through a separate registration
process, returning users will login.
- A completed set of budget
forms also known as the RDA 300, RDA 301, and Construction Cost Breakdown will be needed for submittal and reference throughout the e-RACP Application.
- The e-RACP Application should be completed from the viewpoint of the Candidate/Beneficiary.
An Application
Certification will be generated after the e-RACP Application has been successfully
submitted to the DCED Electronic Single Application website. Please print the certification and retain it
for record purposes. e-RACP Applications MUST be
submitted by the deadline stated on the Funding Round Schedules section of this website.
- During the initial review, e-RACP Applications that do not meet the
minimum requirements for eligibility and completeness will be removed from the
selection process.
A summary of all e-RACP Applications will be sent to the Administration
for grant award consideration.
If selected, an Award Letter to submit a formal Application and Business
Plan for a RACP grant will be sent to the awardee. If you did not receive an award letter by the
date the Office of the Budget officially closes a funding round, as posted on
our website, then you were not selected for an award. You will need to re-apply during a subsequent
open funding round.
