SAP System Resources
Pennsylvania’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, supplier relationship management, payroll, travel, and human resources processes are all part of the commonwealth’s integrated enterprise system, also known as the SAP enterprise resource planning system. The PA Office of Administration, Office for Information Technology, Bureau of Integrated Enterprise System supports and maintains the SAP system. Because the Office of the Budget is heavily involved in most of the business processes noted above, it works closely with IES to plan and implement system changes, design system improvements, and provide assistance to agencies in helping staff understand how the system works.
