Process Improvement Services
The Office of Comptroller Operations, Bureau of Quality Assurance has teams dedicated to providing consulting and project management related services that focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and budgetary processes – both within the Office of the Budget and across commonwealth agencies. These teams review existing business processes and make recommendations for improving service delivery and strengthening internal controls. Process improvement teams provide the following:
